Thanks to everyone who helped make the Book Fair such a success!  We earned over $3000 of credit from Scholastic, which we will use to purchase books for the library.  We couldn't have done it without the help of all our volunteers and shoppers.  Thanks again!

In addition, we've received an incredible donation of 95 books from Mrs. Bechtel's friends and family, in honor of her daughter Aiva's 2nd birthday!  These books will be on the shelves soon. -Thanks, Aiva!

The library will have a "wish list" station set up during next week's Dads Do Lunch event.  When you come to have lunch with your child on Wednesday, why not stop by and buy a book in his or her honor?   As always, the library thanks you for your support!

Grandparents' Day was a smashing success!  Over 80 books were purchased by parents and grandparents in honor of the children at TMS.  We are so grateful to all of those who helped out by volunteering and/or buying books.  The books will be ordered within the next few weeks, and when they arrive, we will honor students and donors by putting nameplates in them.

Dear parents, students and friends,
I just want to send a HUGE thank you to all of you who have donated books and supplies to the library.  Your efforts are making all of the difference, and thanks to you, we are building a richer, stronger library for our students.  Thanks again for all of your help!!!

The PTA Library Committee will be holding an Adopt-A-Book event in the library on Grandparents' Day, September 14.  Grandparents are encouraged to come by and look at our "wish list" display in the library.  If they then choose to buy a book in their grandchild's honor, we will order the book and put a nameplate in when it arrives.

Also, we have rescheduled our Scholastic Book Fair. It will now be held Nov. 30-Dec. 4, just in time for the holidays!  You'll hear lots more about this as the time comes closer!
